Again you wait for updates then two come along in fairly quick succession!
Just a few things that need to be mentioned firstly, praise to the judge who directed the Jury to find Linda Wise the Nanny on trial in Liverpool for the Manslaughter of a little boy NOT Guilty. The Foreman from our case said he didn’t want to read out the verdict, well if there had been more cases before ours then maybe he would have got his wish but the 10 Jurors unfortunately didn’t get that direction and went with the fiction of the faction of Hawks and witch hunters, ignoring the likes of Wayney Squiers, Philip Anslow.
It’s a pity it hadn’t happened in ours! But there you go; maybe there is a bigger purpose? Just hope it comes soon, as I am chomping at the bit to start, well let’s just say the resolution.
The sad loss of another child though is again awful under any circumstances and as an ex Police Officer my thoughts are with the boys parents. Some comment slate them for going after the nanny, I am not sure if they did or didn’t but the CPS do seem to like giving these cases a run. Not sure what they are trying to prove? Maybe they just like boasting about it on their website? It’s a shame the staff I deal with who get assaulted don’t get their support even when real evidence is readily available…
Anyway the ‘experts’ seemingly felt that little Isaac’s death which came 10 months after the alleged assault…so can I take it they meant there was a Lucid interval…a 10 month lucid interval. Which if I remember correctly they said in our case you don’t get Lucid Intervals then? Funny how they change their minds…maybe the pay cheques or the Kudos helps make up their minds…surely not?
Miss Wise apparently said she wouldn’t be able to work in her chosen career anymore. I do hope not…as an Innocent Woman why shouldn’t she? But I fear she maybe right as we await to see the latest group to have a dig at us, the Department of Health & good old OFSTED are JUST getting round to another level of mischief, we will see if it continues. But once the Experts smear you, the Police (kind of) investigate, the CPS close the circle (by getting their experts in - I thought Legal and Medical or something like that, was an Insurance company, not a stitch up company). She looks set to be done up like a kipper, she has missed out on the delights though of all the other departments we have.
But hopefully the poor service, performance etc may all change once we get this case overturned. As that’s not the only thing that will get overturned and I will call on the Politicians to sort out these aspects so others won’t have to suffer (no more Cannings, Clark, Patel’s, Harris, etc etc etc). Also that prisons, probation etc are given the staff they need to do their jobs. They say a society should be judged by their care of those in its prisons (should be any public body as far as I am concerned).
The likes of Dominic Grieve and Jack Straw MP can do a lot of good in the future. Jack Straw may be busy though taking over from Gordo, not that I have any inside info, but he seems to be a man of integrity, so at least that’s a solid base to start from. And God knows we need that and not spin and targets…Spinning Targets are hard to hit.
Just heard Gordo say he knows what its like to go to the Supermarket and buy eggs and to the Petrol Station to fill up…’he knows what its like’…begs the question then why is he not doing anything. Less words more action matey…
Talking of Action those sent into danger by Blair & Brown there has been another sad loss this time of an Army Dog handler, the second British Soldier to be killed this week, as an ex-doggie man myself, my prayers are with his family. Dog handlers can be right out there with the troops sniffing out explosives or the enemy (I always wanted a dog that would just sniff out cash - much better find)! The bond between the handler and the dog borders on spiritual, I would rather have a dog than a machine gun or INDEED a dog with a machine gun (true story - the Belgium army used them, Dogs, to pull machine guns, the Swiss use them to bring Booze…lets hope the two don’t meet up).
Anyway things are starting to pick up on all fronts and I would just like to thank all those working towards justice. Also a HUGE thanks to Linda & Mandy who have been stars looking after the boys. Not sure what I would do without them.
Finally to all those that stand for Justice it’s only 292 days to go if they drag the appeal out. Only three more family birthdays to go and one more Christmas….
Stay safe
Iain
