Tonight I sat and made another phone call to a family struck by ‘expert’ meddling and to my surprise…NOT…the same old names came cropping up.

They have been getting away with it too long and even I don’t find that funny. They have destroyed so many families and hurt so many children left behind or worse stuck into care because of their misguided Sci Fi theories.

Retinal Bleeding (can’t spell Haemorrhage - which sounds like a town in Denmark anyway) seems to be getting knocked out of the Triad on a regular basis now, so wonder how long before the theory is toast?

The Canadian Attorney General is looking at reviewing 200 cases, the Goudge enquiry has cost millions of dollars (Canadian) and the compensation coud easily outstrip that. But I would put money on the fact that none of the people would have the money over their lives back and justice.

It was intersting to read one who has now been cleared spoke of the fact that they have no time for the experts but equally as much of their anger goes to the system that let it happen and I guess you have to agree. Why hasn’t the legal profession, the Government etc stopped this from happening again.

The Linda Wise case was kicked out partly (if not wholly) because of the previous cases like Harris etc, but still others go ahead. Mainly Parents and some Carers get done for Murder, others for Manslaughter, some go through Criminal Courts others through Family Courts where deals get struck (in both courts) to cough up and you’ll get the kids back or a lesser sentence.

Why take a lesser sentence if actually you haven’t done anything?!

It is defiantely a tactic to divide and conquer families normally or a family and the carer as the Prosecution seek to get a result (I would under normal circusmtances write ‘justice’ but result is much more appropriate nowadays). From Essex to Wessex, from North to South the same tactics get used.

My advice is and has to be (even if you are as innocent as the a really innocent thing in innocent ville - nod of the hat to Blackadder there)

1. Say nothing - it may / will be twisted
2. Don’t have Family Liaision Officers from the Police (or a panic alarm - they sometimes contain more than an alarm)
3. Pray you have never had a drink before (thank God we are tee total) it could mean your an abuser.
4. Don’t use Arnica cream - it could mean your a child abuser in the eyes of those who (think they) know.
5. If you believe your partner, friend, carer (whoever) didn’t do it - stick to it! Don’t let the divide and conquer line get you, you know them better than anyone.
6. Don’t lose your temper - it could make you a killer (heaven help those in the rush hour tomorrow - it could end up like ‘Falling Down’ or whatever that film was called with lots dead around the M4 Corridor).
7. Don’t put too much faith in innoent until proven guilty - it’s gone out and we aren’t sure when it will be back!
8. Or that the Legal system put its house in order after Harris, Clark, Cannings, etc etc etc …. ooooh no…. the stable yard has lots of empty stables at the moment.
9. Get a Legal team that know what they are doing.
10. Finally - Pray…that it never happens to you. We never thought it would happen to us. But if your already there, I pray you have family and friends that will support you and that justice will be done.

But if you have abused someone, I can’t judge you or forgive you, not my remit. I would say seek forgiveness from those that can give it should they choose.  But if you do the crime and all that…..

I watched a programme earlier about facts about Brits and we are a fairly easy going lot, bit uptight at times, fun, inventive and all that, but upset us and rile us at your peril. I just hope that with all the injustices in the country at the moment we start to demand more.

For example, while bail out the bankers, when all that money could help all the people pay off their mortgage? Or why should certain ministers come back and become Lords? Mind you why should the boss of the Met become a Lord when they take up office, surely they should wait until they deserve it? And why should it be routine to get it.

Why is Orange Jam called Maramlade and other difficult questions like that will be answered another time…… such as why we (Brits) invent sooooo many games and then become rubbish at them, or things like the Jet Engine, Internet and Hovercraft etc for others to take it on and make lots of money out of it?! Life seemingly is not fair, as I tell the boys at the mo….

But soon ……hopefully….. it maybe……..

p.s.

I hope we can have another Carers Fundraiser soon, this time not for Kerans Legal fund, but a very worthy cause a family who are going through something so much worse than we are. If you think we are going through Hell, they have been there and come back only to find there is more grief.

I can’t say much now, some of you may well know what I talk off (apologies to those that don’t - but until we get the all clear to tell you more, its not  for me to say).

But if your looking for a fantastic way to show you care this is it! We need to organise a special treat soon for this cause, so special it will never be forgotten. It doesn’t matter if you support us from afar or from  around the corner, we can change cash whatever the currency.

I may do something so challenging I will need lots of sponsorship…like be nice to an ‘expert’….at least they would have a few bob to sponsor me - their work is Credit Crunch proof!
