Its the eve of Keran’s birthday and it follows on from our youngests birthday last month and to be followed next month by our eldests birthday. Its bad enough for anyone to spend a birthday inside, but to miss out on the kids is really painful for all concerned. But at least on the positive side it will only be one birthday for each of them.

There are a lot of good people around though to help us all get through the days that you can naturally expect to be

Out there in the real world I read a report that Professor Southall, he who accussed Steve Clark (Sally Clarks husband) of killing his children (after foming his views from a TV show). Well apparently during the General Medical Councils hearing looking at striking him off he has apologised for his behaviour…so thats alright then.

Hang on……how many years after…………and whilst in a hearing fighting for your career? Hmmmmmmmmmm sure he means it, the rest will be a coincidence!

But to be fair at least he has apologised (however hollow) the Police and the rest involved in other miscarriages of justice never do seem to. Colin Stagg seems set to get compensation, but as of yet I have not heard anyone come forward and say sorry for trashing his life? Or all the others.

What is wrong with people nowadays? Fear of litigation, humiliation, constipation?? Or all of the above and more? Sorry goes a long way, mind you it has to be meant and not read out by someone who had nothing to do with it whilst those who did the deed, hide in the shadows.

Not sure why the public purse should be hit for compenstaion either, especially in cases like ours, the experts make hay so maybe they should pick up the tab and bale out the public purse. See what I did there … hay…bale, years of reading comics finally pays off!

I would also like to take a moment to mention the many people connected to the team who have family members and friends suffereing from the affects of various ill health or scares. So I wish them all the best and speedy recoveries.

The holidays are flying by and soon we will be back into the swing of things getting nearer to the next Court of Appeal date that will hopefully start setting the record straight.

Hopefully by then the Great Britain Team will be basking in the glory of many more Golds, its nice to see the Union Flag flying high so often and flown by all members of the UK. No matter how many times the Politicians say we must take the flag back (from who) they never quite do anything about it. Not many Police Stations, Courts, or other public buildings do fly the flag now, but the prisons do! Theres a message in there somewhere.

I was worried the the GB team would struggle with the weather etc but so far so good. My cunning plan is if we don’t win many Golds at certain events, we should just invent more types of games and don’t tell anyone how to do it until it’s too late!

Thanks for all the continued support, it really does help an awful lot!

Hi,

it’s been very interesting of late to see the material coming in from North America about how they are sorting the experts out over there. It’s quite heartening, obviously very sad again, as you think of the poor children who may have died, as no one in their right mind would wish harm on them.

But when the expert ‘Smith’ says it was 80 knife wounds on the child and it turned out to be bite marks from a pit-bull, two wrongs do not a right make!

It just shows HOW WRONG they (the ‘experts’) can be.

I am still in contact with several people in the US and the UK who are waiting till the Persecution make up their mind. A lovely couple in the States have to wait in no small part down to the Politics played out locally. You would hope that the Politicians would concentrate on other things, and thankfully in their case the child is alive and I believe well. But still the Prosecution keep them waiting and waiting.

Here in the UK too we have the CPS waiting to give other cases a run. I just hope I am never called as a member of a jury as I couldn’t and wouldn’t believe a think out of the mouths of people involved for the Persecution. Which is a theme the Canadians mention in one of the articles; there will be so much disillusionment in the ’system’ that no one will be willing to risk someone’s liberty. Which is sad of course as it could mean those really guilty of abuse could get away with it?

They are now looking to sue the experts over there which is a good thing, if they truly believe what they say they have nothing to fear, but if an expert is a bit loose with the truth or hides facts, or makes them up (as here in the UK) THEY should pay for the damage done.

Locally it’s good to hear that the Tories don’t want to destroy villages and the cemetery not far from here. Let’s hope they keep their word should they get in. The skies are too crowded in such high density population areas.

The fight is starting even closer to home about the recent moves to recreate various world cities (New York, Amsterdam, Prague, Venice etc) in the green belt for the sake of profits, for Pinewood Studios shareholders. It’s a good idea in theory, but where are all the cars going? We are jammed in between the M4, M40 and M25. Sat Navs send people through here when the M25 goes car park? When will they protect the children and adults who try to cross the Church Road? There are so many other problems that will no doubt be glossed over I don’t want to spend too much time on them.

It should be known as Project Profit and not Project Pinewood as that’s what will disappear. It’s not nice having building developments forced on you as they can be invasive, spoil the skyline and destroy the feel of an area.

I won’t be able to take the Scouts on Hikes as they will end up walking through down town Amsterdam (and I don’t think you get a badge for that)! The Deers that used to roam through the fields will end up having Stag do’s in Prague! Literally…..

I pine 4 woods not profits.

Too many nowadays only ever talk about cash, the greed is not good. Look at the Banks! But will the bankers pay…doubt it…may have to down grade to a BMW rather than a Porsche.

But others that never seem to have to suffer are the politicians, it seems that so desperate is Brown to cling to power he has got back someone I remember being referred to as the Prince of Darkness by certain people in the press is back….Mandelsin…sorry Mandleson. That was a genuine slip up (HONEST LOOK AT THE ‘qwerty’ KEYBOARD), thought it could stay though.

Wow you can leave under a cloud not once but twice and then come back in…….well there is hope for all of us! Maybe the government will bring back my Police Force they got rid of? A force for good not profit?! Maybe they will bring back the Military Hospitals closed to………I could go on……..

So not only does Mandleson, and Southall get a come back moment…for the moment, but so do others. Well God bless the Canadians for standing up to the nonsense over there! At least in the field of ‘experts’. We now have to start somewhere and why not with Justice.

But it was great to see Joanna Lumley fighting for the Ghurkhas and getting justice! Well done madam! If anyone deserves to stay in this country they do! Also the Pride of Britain awards they all deserve them, but I always find it sad that all the others don’t get something too. I may be wrong maybe they do. But so many do so much, for so little reward or mention. We need more secret millionaires! That’s the sort of show we need more of! More positives less negatives!

Stay safe and I hope all is well with you and yours, regards

Iain
