William F Stone, Royal Navy, is buried today in Watlington, Oxon, he saw active service in both World Wars, including serving on HMS Hood and at Dunkirk. he now takes the final voyage.

God bless him, we all owe the men like him an incredible debt, it should never be forgotten.

Canada Cares

Wednesday, January 28th, 2009

Hi,

News and info coming in from Canada of late and how scarey is it that when you read some of this info how similiar things are, from the way things occur, the way you get treated etc etc. But thankfully the judges there are switched on and threw this case out, but sadly not after a  family had suffered a tragic loss and then were subjected to all sorts of horrors. Had an e-mail (or two) from a family in Canada, sharing their experiences, sadly their nightmare continues as clouds can often be left hanging over you with these things.

There are so many victims of these experts and this and other damn theories, we are slowly coming together, and hopefully from a few voices crying out for justice, we will become a united and mightier voice. There are so few campaigners out there, the Angela Cannings Foundation ploughs a lonely path, with John Hemmings MP. They are supported by several journalists who have sussed this theory for what it is.

But whilst we sit here and in my case write this, and you the reader, read this there are innocent men and women all over the UK in prison for alledgedly commiting the dreadful ‘crime’. Kerans time is rapidly drawing to a close, whilst others are only just beginning theirs. When will it stop?

Please in these last few months keep the letters going in to Keran, they mean so much, I know I don’t need to ask, as she is still only upto December (Mid December to be precise), but I think in the final run in, it will help even more so. As time seems to drag even more so at the moment (for all of us - Jamies board reads 440 days), we know our time is coming. But you can’t help feeling we are being ‘made’ to wait, for ‘whatever’ reason.

On a ‘fictional’ note I watched the last episode of Unforgiven tonight on ITV. Very realsitic, brilliantly acted and guess what…she didn’t do it either…funny old world, life reflecting art or art reflecting life…

Mind you don’t get me started on TV adverts, I have been loitering round Heathrow waiting for the Virgin Aircrews to walk through the terminal…25yrs! I wasn’t even born…say nothing…

On the news front, I see there is a new computer system to keep all our childrens details on, but if your a Politician, amongst other select types, their children don’t have to go on….hmmm. So as I have been on telly and I am a celeb in my own ’shed’, does that mean the lads wouldn’t have to go on it…what do you think?!

I really do think people that lead us, should really lead a bit more by example, they may have skeletons in their closet for things they may have done years ago whilst at university, or elsewhere , but is it too much to ask, show us your expenses, show that there isn’t two sets of rules in the UK and if its good enough for our kids…..

As always take care and this could be the last blog from January, another month nearly down, only three full ones to go and Keran will be back where she belongs.

Kathy Hyatt Innocent!

Thursday, January 22nd, 2009

The US of A has also thrown out a SBS case, Kathy Hyatt and her family have been waiting many many months to get their date in court and finally it came and very quickly they were able to leave. Name cleared.

Canada, The USA and the UK is starting to catch up with Suzanne Holdsworth’s appeal.

On behalf of us all here we wish Kathy and her family all the best wishes for the future. Thankully no child died in their case and I hope the family can come to terms with this to as it won’t have been easy for them. Hats off to Kevin Hyatt for staying in the Police through all this, I couldn’t.

Still no news here though…still waiting…

But it allows me to do some dirt digging and theres a hell of a lot of dirt out there…

Take care

Holdsworth & Hyatt

Wednesday, January 21st, 2009

Hi,

I have just re read the Chief Constable of Cleveland Police’s statement after Suzanne was finally cleared. He says about Suzanne lying to help protect Kyles mum, from the threat of Social coming in. He may need to empathise more, trust me the threat of the system getting involved is scary. But I also was a bit worried when he said that people shouldn’t lie to the Police. Of course they shouldn’t but as an ex cop, any cop will tell you that people do, if you stop someone from drink driving they usually say they had none, then after they blow into the machine, they say well I did have one, well two…and so on, until the light drops into red. The last robber I stopped, said he had been up west, then asked him again a few minutes later the story changed. People forget their lies.

But my real problem is that we never lied to the Police…and look where it’s got us! I wish we had said sod all to the Police, as whatever you say in these cases isn’t believed, by seemingly the officers or the CPS, but the experts, who weren’t there, haven’t proven their theory etc etc well they believe them, not sure if its before or after they have paid them.

Its sad stuff all of this, and I pray that we are nearer the day that we can have an enquiry into these cases and the like and child protection (recently 50 nasty sorts found to have been cleared to work with kids), Doncaster, North London, we must sort this out it is too important to keep fluffing it up. Playing at it, covering backsides and not a lot else.

Very recently Kathy Hyatt’s trial has started in the US, Obama said there should be a new age of responsibility in his speech…I just hope that prosecutors who sometimes flirt with politics heard that message. We are thinking of them and hope that justice is done swiftly, without fear, favour or finances (paid to the experts).

The village was hit by another awful tragedy recently and if you ever think you have it bad, there are always others worse off. Never forget.
