Another case gets kicked out

Hi,

Another SBS case is kicked out and only up the road too, the case was in the Watford area, but heard at St Albans. The lady was found innocent she now must wait to see if she gets her child back. The old comment that those holding her child ‘can’t comment on individual cases’. Then never seem to be able to when you are found innocent, but often comments are made when it suits.

This follows on very quickly after Stuart Bailey up north. I really do hope that when our turn comes, that someone, somewhere, will care enough about the state of British Justice to review what is going on in these sort of cases.

No proof (i.e. real proof - not professors opinion), = no case.

It interests me to note that even though 2,000 people have tragically died after being given infected blood over the years,  I have yet to hear of anyone being arrested and charged with Manslaughter, as you could argue that someone was reckless or negligent in allowing the infected blood into the country.

Now I am not an expert as I may well have said before, but surely taking blood from prisoners (in the USA or for that matter -anywhere) could result in them having various conditions, through drug abuse alone…but nothing is going to happen. Hmmm, surely not one rule for one and another for the rest of us?

Sounds a bit like the dodgy Lords, … nothings going to happen, I won’t even go into what may or may not happen in other expense type cases. I can’t say I have much faith in justice, but I have less in those that lead us at the moment.

But back to experts, I was speaking to another victim of the ‘experts’ same old names come up again Risdon, Stoodley, Richards et al.  There are abusers out there of course there are, I met a few in the Police (not serving, just some of the ‘customers’ or ‘clients’). But by pointing the fingers at one and all, and lowering public confidence in you and colleagues, you are creating a bigger problem, and not just for those innocents you send to prison or split up their families.

Wakey wakey, time to smell the coffee and prove what you allege all too quickly. OR what we do is going on your theories, we lock up all parents and carers, hey why stop there? Nick everyone! As they could all potentially lose their tempers and hurt people in their care. So we introduce Government Undertaking Lodging Grant Sites (or Gulags for short) to keep them in, stop these criminals before anything happens.

We have  your SBS as a hypothesis, we have had Munchausens (albeit with a new name now to confuse people and secret files), why haven’t we yet got SOAPS, shaken oap syndrome? I am serious by the way, as those that are frail deserve protection too. Maybe its out there already, if it is I apologise, but if its not, I would like to claim this as mine and how do I get onto the gravy train? I haven’t proven it yet, but that doesn’t seem to matter? Does it?!

No one in their right mind supports abuse of the youngest or the oldest or others unable to protect themselves, but also nobody supports splitting families up, locking them up and tearing them apart. So lets get real and find real evidence one way or the other. Not just what you think happened but actually what did or didn’t happen.

You have been in enough courts now, I would hope the terms ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ and ‘innocent until proven guilty’ may have got through and into your thinking…maybe there is still time….

Fiat Justicia

p.s.

I hope those that have been found innocent recently are allowed to start rebuilding their lives again, very soon. You have been through enough.
