New Developments in SBS?

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

Hi,

Just briefly read an article from a in house publication on Neuropathology. From first readings it seems to slate the Bio Mechs side of things, saying they need more facts and figures…hmm they usually do quite a bit of that, under controlled circumstances.

There were other things that seemed to point to the SBS exisits and anyone who says it doesn’t hasn’t done enough research (this piece was from Summer last year, only just found it).

SO exactly what research have you done to establish SBS?

Lucid intervals have gone…

What else is to go?

But then I see the authors thank a certain Mr Risdon for his useful comments etc.

Maybe we want to try and impress the serious journalists out there with a serious article in a serious publication. Or is it the CPS and the Police you are out to impress still? Defending the indefensible, you haven’t proven a damn thing and never will but you are allowed to say it in courts of law, I am not sure at times who is worse, you lot for saying it with such conviction (The World is flat…) and then taking your pieces of silver, or the system that allows you to do it.

I know though on the last visit to see my wife, I will never forgive you, ever, for abusing my children and to see them have to say goodbye to their mother, when she has to go back to her ‘cell’.

You can write whatever you like, wherever you like, this is not a fight to impress, this if a fight for right. I can’t imagine its right to allow unproven theories in courts of law and we will end your gravy train. You may actually believe your doing an honourable thing, but sending a woman to prison who has done so much for her community and especially the young people in it (who still love her and stay in touch - they and their parents are the experts in my wife, more so than you ever will be, they know her, they have seen her in action), is wrong.

But you have destroyed her good name to those who may not have known her, or sown an element of doubt in complete strangers minds who judge her on the fictional findings you express so well. Where there’s smoke there’s fire (as I said ages ago though it ain’t smoke is it chaps, it’s steam - hot air, from you folk).

Be warned you have woken up a force, that will not stop, when the appeal is done, or when her records are wiped clean, it was nice to see Keran is fired up to, and we have learnt a lesson from you, join forces. You have upset a lot of people over the years haven’t you…

Make the most of your articles.

What went around is coming around………

New development? Rubbish, its the same old same old, said by the same old same old.

To those of you that aren’t prosecution experts, stay safe and look out for pigs with sniffles or carrying hankies…it beats hearing about the credit crunch, we are all doooomed….doooooomed.

Don’t panic….

Shaken Apples & Merry Experts of Windsor

Friday, April 24th, 2009

Hi,

St Georges day not even a distant memory and the Government give you a reason to feel ashamed your English. The bravest of the brave again let down, we have immigrants from all over the world a very few whom may actually wish harm on our land, others that may want to milk it for all that its worth (or be a Brit and milk if from the Costa’s), some of course fleeing real hardships (NOT HOSE FROM THE COSTA’S ) wouldn’t we all in the same position?

But those who have given so much to serve the UK, one of our oldest allies and yet we can’t let the Gurkha’s in. There are other nationalities that have served alongside us, from across the Commonwealth and elsewhere, but the rugged and dogged determination of the Gurkha’s takes some beating. Its nice to see they won’t give up, its just a shame they have to, but then I know that feeling.

There was an Expert Witness conference in Windsor today, which I nearly popped along to, but I realised that it wasn’t going to include the experts we were after, shame it would be nice to see them in action again. Maybe they are all in Cornwall?

Mind you rather than shake them up, I couldn’t believe that Apple had an App for its ‘i phone’ that was to shake a baby till it went silent, I kid you not. Not only does the designer need a wake up call, but whoever let it through, how disrespectful to all those who have lost children or been falsely accused of SBS (a lot of course who also lost children). I thought App stood for application and not appalling? But hey I’m still not an expert…wot do I know apart form the screamingly obvious….

Just seen the video on You Tube, what were  you thinking??

Time is ticking away till Keran is released, thankfully. Damn shame they couldn’t sort it sooner, but obviously that’s not on, the ’system’ doesn’t work that way.

The longer term clock is ticking to till the Court Date. We could have gone for next week, but the CPS weren’t ready, and although the team could have gone, we would have been without one of the experts.  I sometimes wish we had gone for it rather than have to wait until well into the Christmas run up. Before that we will see what other conditions are to be put on us all, as like some of the Police Bail conditions they impacted on the boys freedoms, so here’s hoping we finally meet some sensible conditions.

This weekend I will watch with interest a truly inspiring bunch,  all those fools who will take part in the London Marathon. I will be taking part, my plan is to hide in the Tamil protesters in parliament Square and then after a few hours run out of the crowd and up and into the Mall and hopefully finish say, second or third (don’t want to finish first on my first marathon, may be a bit obvious).

But good luck to all the other runners, walkers and crawlers, but a huge good luck to the Royal Military Police Major who is ‘running’ the Marathon after only just learning to walk again (we think we have problems!), it will take him 2 weeks…2 weeks! You could catch the tube, and get there at least a  few hours earlier! Seriously though hats off to him.

He is running for Help for Heroes, so donate if you can, his website is www.philpacker.com. He wants to make a million for squaddies injured (including Gurkha’s no doubt… are you reading British Government).

I will also be doing a bit for the D-Day 65th anniversary (through the British Legion)this year as relatives of mine landed there. I often what today’s helath and safety would make of invading a hostile cooupied country, that could fight back with a huge Airforce, hundreds of U-Boats, E-boats, canon’s, guns, mines, barbed wire, pole, anti tank ditches  etc. As long as you had goggles, paperwork and  a yellow hard hat, things could be very diferrent! They would still be filling in the forms to say if it was a high risk or not!

Stay safe folks…don’t invade enemy occupied territory! But if you are going can you bring us back some Duty Free!

Hexperts (this time in Cornwall)

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009

These sort of cases have been described by several people as being the modern day version of the good old witch hunt.

Using pretty much the same logic, your a witch cos we say so. They put a hex on your life and that of your nearest and dearest.

I have heard from a couple more victims of certain hex-perts.

These people are in a position worse than we are, as it involves the family courts with their un British limits on reporting. But there has been some basic reporting of the tragic tale. Its nice to see a certain expert is out there topping up his tenners.

We have certain politicians, who used to be in Europe, making thousands even after leaving the post, that’s surely got to be wrong, once you leave the job, you usually stop getting paid? Or do I need to contact the RAF and the Police to ask for my usual wages even though I left years ago? I do hope so…I feel stupid not keeping getting the wages I should be entitled to.

When are we going to get some integrity back in public office and life.

We also have the small vocal brand of greedy footballers complaining about their slave wages and of course the banking chiefs.

But none of the above usually are responsible for getting people to lose their liberty, their family, their good name, their job, their house and potentially many other things, like the good old Hexperts can and do.

There are many people gathering with great interest and after much personal suffering, watching our case. I hope it becomes the catalyst that challenges these witch doctors and blows their hex’s. Helping others that are true victims of tragedy & miscarriages of justice…now that could be a noble cause.

I see there is another case in Truro, a young woman accussed of killing her child, way back in 2007, funny how these cases seem to take so long to go anywhere. Don’t know too much about it yet, but I bet I know who will put in an appearance and I bet I know what they’ll say to. Lets hope they remember they are there for the court and not the CPS.

Hexperts you are to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but…if you don’t know…say so…its not big and  it’s not clever, to lie and send innocent people to prison. If they are guilty then let justice be done. But you are not the sheriffs, your not the investigators, and you do not know all the answers, you can’t…its unproven, guess work is that, so say so. I haven’t been to Cornwall for a while may be worth a run down to watch who turns up…and what you say.

Mind you I read somewhere of another great noble cause, were all you have to do is on a Friday wear something red to support the troops. It’s not much considering what they do. I was going to dig out a nice little cocktail dress, but it makes me look so cheap, maybe a red tie instead….

 Stay safe.

Minister Mishaps

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009

Government Minister leaves restricted documents on train…haven’t we heard that before? Has he been fined, sacked …not so far.

It struck me that when we used to do Security checks in the military, anyone who left documents out or sensitive kit insecure, they would often be put on a charge.

Ahhhh but they were at the bottom of the food chain, of course that’s the difference. Mind you then the day after another minister flashes her briefs as she leaves No 10 - if you know what I mean.

Mr Quick, ex Met Police, set an example after he unfortunately made a slip up, but again, those at the top still use the ‘other’ set of rules.

The reason all this grates abit, is that during Keran’s trial, the CPS left a file containing a lot of case papers on a chair outside the court. Muggins shouldn’t't have been so honest and handed it back - well not without having a read first. We may have seen their tactics exposed earlier than we did.

Hey ho this is our problem, it could be worse, we could have to find 75 Bullion pounds like Mr Darling. They say figures like that as if it was toy money!

Don’t suppose they could lend me a mere 10 Million?

Anyway on the home front the lads are clearing their bedrooms ready for inspection in a few weeks, and we all can’t wait to get Keran back.

You may not see alot of us as we may not be doing a lot of media until we can get Kerans name cleared, we want to get back to normal of course to, but we will do what we can to help others still, we have had a few messages from contacts we know recently and they are going through all the same grief we went through. Things like not being able to get the children in to see their Mum or Dad. The children suffer so much in cases like this, they are very much stronger than we give them credit for, but its amazing how the system think it knows best. Punishing children, really needs to be looked at, especially as they are not guilty of anything!!

Mishap ad-ministered?

This is why I find it so hard to forgive those that have done us wrong.

That is why they will wish they had never done us wrong.

Interesting going through old statements again though.

Very.
