Good News Bad News & Little Green Men seen in Truro
Hi,
Well as one chapter closes another is being written, this time with other agencies. When is a free country, not a free country, when is freedom of speech, not freedom of speech? The story is being subdued but you can only do that for so long. The Deeper the cut, the longer it takes to heal, what are you afraid of? Where is Jack Nicholson when you need him? “You can’t handle the truth”. Never a truer line said….
It looks Good News in Truro, the same old same old experts, lost another case, maybe the juries are learning more about the need to see real evidence and not just hear over paid experts coming in and spouting fiction. Apparently some little green men walked in to the Court Room, I would love to have been there to see it, it would have been the icing on the cake - you had to be there.
Bad news yesterday, the Times and the foreman of the jury in Keran’s case were found guilty of contempt of court (lucky there isn’t an offence of contempt of the system and of greedy expert witnesses - I would be doing life). But of course after the sentence, which the judges, when they allowed the Attorney General proceed with this case said “there are more important issues” (or words to that effect), maybe the judges when sentencing will award the Times and Mr Seckerson damages for having their time wasted.
I wonder how much time and effort has been spent on this case, they could be spending it looking into much more dodgy issues like certain MP’s integrity?
Lots to look at there.
What would you do, you feel that there was a wrong verdict, do you sit and say nothing? Is there any support, and I mean real support for Jurors after cases? Not sure if there is much of a plan.
I was going to pop up to London next week to see the appeal start for Mike Burridge but his appeal has slipped back, we know all about that, but hopefully there won’t be too much of a delay. Every day you spend in prison is a day wasted, and those on the outside need to be made aware of it.
I wonder if a CPS Barrister was wrongly convicted of SBS or one of the other favourites of certain experts, things would change quicker? Hang on I think I saw a little green man…
18 months wasted.
I read a lovely verse earlier in a card sent to Keran that read,
“The softest things in the world overcome the hardest things in the world”.
Either they are talking about Keran or a loo roll…you decide!
But the message stands…
the truth will be heard about all the wrongs done, the things not done, and the like.
Stay safe
Iain

The car had a lovely run out the other day, out of the main gate to be precise….

Thanks for all the pressies, so far its brought on my hay fever (flowers), made me gain 12lbs(chocolate), and got me drunk as a skunk (half a glass of sherry).
