The cost of experts
Hi,
Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act I now have an idea of how much money has been spent on expert witnesses over the last 5 years, and its fair to say, you could have an island for your ducks built, your dry rot sorted and your moat cleaned, PLUS still have change for a few thousand Plasma TV’s, Furniture and a couple of Gardeners.
First we had the bankers, now certain MP’s, and of course still to come Expert Witnesses.
It follows on from the ‘Southall’ chips being cashed in as well. It looks like it will be a good day today.
We only have to see what happens to the foreman of the Jury and The Times newspaper, and see how seriously standing up and telling the truth will cost them? The judges when they gave permission to the Attorney General to proceed with the case said “there are more pressing matters”, or words in that vein…so lets see.
We fight on trying to resolve some of the issues that impact on Keran with her probation conditions, but also those that impact on the kids (especially these) and the Freedom of Speech.
These are the non financial costs of the experts, the grief they subject peoples families to, the pain, the trauma, but they are experts and they know all about child abuse…
I may stand for Parliament fighting on a variety of issues, and anyway….
