OOOh Lordy lordy

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

Evening all,

I am just watching the news to see what doom and gloom has occurred (still waiting for 90% good news on the news rather than the other way round).

Anyway I can’t believe I have seen one of our esteemed Lords (well I am steaming even if he isn’t), the man has the nerve to point out that two of our highest ranking military officers should be reminded about loyalty and the fact we are in a conflict….

The two men in question are Sir Richard Dannart and Jock Stirrup.

Hmmmm maybe the Government, and this Lord needs to show more loyalty to our troops. The cheeky sod. You have cut them back so much since may time that I hardly recognise elements of the Armed Forces. You have just seen them as a way of saving money to waste on other areas.

A 150 million quid has gone walk about from the Olympics fund…we mention sums like this as if its pocket money! The amount spent on a large Tent in Greenwich alone (and I mean the true amount it cost including when sat empty) its also known now as the O2 Arena. All this cash going going gone.

Its about time we had a central fraud unit that keeps an eye on all Government bodies including the MP’s and Lords expenses. All the money saved could buy the troops all the kit they have not received over many years now, and if there wan’t penny pinching our very special forces would have had their Chinooks years ago.

Another bit of TV i saw earlier (don’t always see much) was Big Brothers Davina McCall trace her ancestors. Which included on her mothers side a Gentleman who years earlier had been the French Chief of Police and who had stood up against a very famous French Miscarriage of Justice the Dreyfuss case, a French Captain falsely accused of helping the Germans. He spent four years on Devils Island, before many years later getting a Presidential Pardon. Brave man, well two brave men. But for a cop to stand against the tide is a very brave thing to do. Pity we don’t have more in out little miscarriage of justice. History doesn’t always repeat itself it seems.

Talking of history, it was very saddening to see Henry Allingham has left this world and packed up his troubles in his old kit bag.  But it is great to see he will be rewarded with a Public funeral with full military honours.

Lord bless him.

Oh and Lord in the House of Lordy Lordy…just ask the troops what they think of those at the top. The Armed Forces is a very can do type of people, and they know that usually they can’t speak out for various reasons. It just shows how bad things must be!

On a lighter note summer is here!

Stay safe and don’t burn…

Another expert and secret cameras

Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

Hi,

Whilst looking for more info on the expert who killed himself after seemingly being caught out with very dodgy practises, I came across this article. I wonder who taught this guy? But at least he had his collar felt before he moved on and hopefully could empathise with all those he had put through hell.

When Seattle Psychiatrist Stuart Greenberg was arrested for allegedly having hidden camera’s in his office bathroom to video record patients, it sent ripples through the the Seattle Community.  Highly regarded within his profession for his forensics capabilities in family court, many in his profession were shocked to hear someone of his stature was involved in such a sickly crime of voyeurism.

Little did anyone know that these shock waves would create a Tsunami that would wash away the hidden agenda’s of Seattles Family Court system.  Since his arrest, the buzz, or should we say loud deafening discussion, has been about the injustice that many felt at the hands of Greenberg in thier individual family cases.

Last week, Stuart Greenberg decided to end his life, rather than face those that he had hurt.  Gone was the bold opinions that one parent or the other was undeserving to have a meaningful relationship with their child, and replacing it was a deafening display of cowardice from this man who held reign supreme of the King County Superior Court cases that came before him.  Gone was the strong word of a man that was tortured inside, and torturing others on the outside, as he forever changed the face of many a family in King County.

This Tsunami is now rushing out to sea, most likely taking along with it many a case that was decided by the twisted decsions of a man that turned out to be a menace to his patients, and much more.  The only question that remains is how will King County deal with the results of this storm.  Will they batten down their hatches and pretend everything is alright, or will they do the responsible thing and hire an independent investigator to look into how this man was tied into the judicial community of King County, to understand the motives that drove his decisions, and how those motives undoubtedly benefited others within the local government, from King County Family Court Services, Court Commissioners, Judges, local attorneys and parents that could pay the money needed to render the decision they required for custody of their children.

As more parents come out to expose what has been know for a great long time, King County family court system’s immense flaws will show how money and greed for custody, child support, and power of families drives a court system that has lost its sight of providing justice to the citizens of the county, and instead provides security and special interest to its members, staff and attorneys.

Will King County correct its family court system, or ignore what has happened and continue to ignore the abuse that occurs to families each and every day in its courts.  Isn’t it time to stop family abuse?

The next few months will show if the judiciary of the King County Courthouse truly is a respectable group, or if they ignore what they have sworn to provide to the citizens of King County - honest, unbiased, and trustworthy courts of law.

No more Noble Cause Corruption (well hopefully) and lets hope lessons are learnt…

Secret Courts - The Wall cracks

Sunday, July 12th, 2009

Vey much like East Germany with its Secret Police (the Stasi) and their strict control over everything ruled until the 1990’s well I remember being in the Forces and watching the Berlin Wall crack, crumble and fall.

Well finally another step has been taken by Jack Straw to allow the light into the dark practises of the Family Courts. I am so pleased, just keep opening them up, we should ever have allowed them to get this way.

I have said it before but I am so glad we were actually heard in a Criminal Court (even for all the pain that came) as the Family Courts well, our children could have been removed.

I have seen a couple of cases of late were people are about to lose their children in the family courts and have them put up for adoption.

The trouble is we all live in blissful ignorance until it happens to you. There are a few people who have been critical and ignorant (in the nicest possible way - as they haven’t either been in the court and heard what was said or indeed read the evidence, statements) as to what has gone on in this case.

I was as ignorant as them until this happened, i remember looking at the other famous cases and thinking, nothing too bad, just how sad it is that the children have died, and that the parents have been put through hell and prison. All on the say of paid experts.

All I will say is that hopefully when we get to the next stage and her name is cleared we will be able to reveal all the things that went wrong, or didn’t happen and should have. I didn’t give up nearly 20 years of Policing on a whim, what happened was appalling and I hope no one even the critics have to go through this.

It is easy to con a jury, I have seen it happen now, it goes with the images of jurors sleeping, I saw them knitting in one trial (different case I was in on), and one young lad appeared to be chatting up a young lady sat next to him in the jurors box.

I hope that those that throw stones, don’t live in glass houses. I know that some experts do though and they should really move out.

Gambia has been in the news of late as Obama has turned up to hail it as a great example of a democratic country in Africa. Damn shame some of our reject experts end up there….

I hope that Gambia wises up to them as much as it has to Freedom and Voting.

or it could ‘h’all go South…

Last Post

Sunday, July 12th, 2009

Hi,

Last post of today that is. Took my inspiration from the miliatry mainly as news has come to us of two aircrew who perished in a crash in Scotland when their Tornado F3 went in. But also we lost a couple more troops in Afghanistan including the highest ranker a Lt. Colonel from the Welsh Guards and lots more in recent hours and days.

Lives lost keeping the peace and practising to keep the peace, blessed are the peacekeepers. My thoughts are with their families.

Don’t forget to wear red on friday to show you support the troops. I was thinking of Stockings and Suspenders, over my clothes of course, but apparently I may scare the delegates I am training! So maybe just a tie then…

Also sad news of a Firefighter killed up in Scotland. It is great to have an Armed Forces Day now, (although it maybe better to give the Armed Forces Helicopters), but I would like to organise another ‘Uniform Day’; at some point in the future. The idea behind that is of course it supports all the Armed Services, the Police, Fire Brigade, Paramedics, Coastguards, RNLI etc etc etc.

I was reading about the use of Scouts the other day in War Time and during WW1 there are pictures of guarding railway tunnels and bridges armed only with a ’staff’. So a piece of wood against the might of the German Army! They also used to do a whole host of other roles. I am surprised the Government hasn’t drafted them yet to make up the shortfalls in defence. Maybe they” start with the Cadet Forces first.

But the youth around here and the rest of us round here may have a fight on our hands, before they build on the fields around here though of course, first Heathrow expands, soon everyone in South Bucks, Berkshire will be able to shake hands with a pilot as they take off or land, then to cut carbon costs Pinewood want to cut pine woods….  maybe we should just concrete the area inside the M25?

The wood on the fields is called Copse Wood but known by many as Spitfire Wood as one crashed nearby in WW2 (the Pilot survived). The Spitfire was a symbol against the tyranny of the third reich, with their propaganda machine, fifth columnists etc. Maybe we need to dig it up and use it again?

As for the other fight on our hands well we sit and wait still, not forgetting all those that put us here, of course, so much to tell you that we can’t at the moment. Bring it on…

Whilst away last week I heard of an ‘expert’ witness who was used in a murder case in the East Midlands, who gave his evidence against a man, anyway…guess what…his evidnece has been called into question…unfortunately he won’t be there to give it at the re-trial as he killed himself. I am not sure if the person did kill the other one, but lets hope that the evidence against them is ‘real’.

I can hear a last post playing so I will take that as my cue to leave…

Take care, stay safe and have a great summer. Only 5 months to go until we get the next stage! So not far off 5 years…

So much sadness for so many, for so long.
