Secret Courts - The Wall cracks

Vey much like East Germany with its Secret Police (the Stasi) and their strict control over everything ruled until the 1990’s well I remember being in the Forces and watching the Berlin Wall crack, crumble and fall.

Well finally another step has been taken by Jack Straw to allow the light into the dark practises of the Family Courts. I am so pleased, just keep opening them up, we should ever have allowed them to get this way.

I have said it before but I am so glad we were actually heard in a Criminal Court (even for all the pain that came) as the Family Courts well, our children could have been removed.

I have seen a couple of cases of late were people are about to lose their children in the family courts and have them put up for adoption.

The trouble is we all live in blissful ignorance until it happens to you. There are a few people who have been critical and ignorant (in the nicest possible way - as they haven’t either been in the court and heard what was said or indeed read the evidence, statements) as to what has gone on in this case.

I was as ignorant as them until this happened, i remember looking at the other famous cases and thinking, nothing too bad, just how sad it is that the children have died, and that the parents have been put through hell and prison. All on the say of paid experts.

All I will say is that hopefully when we get to the next stage and her name is cleared we will be able to reveal all the things that went wrong, or didn’t happen and should have. I didn’t give up nearly 20 years of Policing on a whim, what happened was appalling and I hope no one even the critics have to go through this.

It is easy to con a jury, I have seen it happen now, it goes with the images of jurors sleeping, I saw them knitting in one trial (different case I was in on), and one young lad appeared to be chatting up a young lady sat next to him in the jurors box.

I hope that those that throw stones, don’t live in glass houses. I know that some experts do though and they should really move out.

Gambia has been in the news of late as Obama has turned up to hail it as a great example of a democratic country in Africa. Damn shame some of our reject experts end up there….

I hope that Gambia wises up to them as much as it has to Freedom and Voting.

or it could ‘h’all go South…
