Hi,

 Another case this time in the Lone Star state saw another SBS case kicked out, so bizarre when reading through the e-mail, again it was from nearly 5 years ago and the DA (District Attorney) had been using delaying tactics. So what can you say but there are lots more similarities, too often the case. Same tactics  - ’shock and awe’, ‘look how many experts we have’ (as I have said countless times before its not the quantity or indeed the quality - its what they say in the first place)!

Really pleased that a jury wasn’t conned.

What can I say…not long to go chaps, not long to go…

It will be nice to see the CPS, their experts and all the others who make so many life’s hell again. All this on the basis of just voodoo medicine or if you prefer more quacks than duck nature reserve.

Well by my reckoning - its duck hunting season.

I have been waiting for this for a very long time, no more excuses, no more time wasting, no more ‘the earth is flat cos we say so’.

All good things come to those that wait….

I hear that there maybe a chance in the future that ‘experts’ who give duff info may well now be open to being sued!

Well, well boys…lets see how often you open your traps now! You have been taking your pieces of silver for so long now, there should be money enough to pay off the victims of your silver tongues.

Not long to go till we meet again. The CPS and Police will not support you, bizarrely they may even end up prosecuting you….lets hope. If they don’t, there is always other ways.

There has also been work in Leeds to show that Retinal bleeds aren’t always down to shaking. 2010 may not be your year.

I haven’t had much time to keep the blog up to date, but it doesn’t mean we have gone away, no, soon, very soon, we can start to rectify this farce. Be seeing you…..
