Reading through this case from last year…its the same words as in most of these cases before a case, during a case and afterwards…

“We carried out a thorough and painstaking investigation to establish exactly what happened to this child. Joshua has never accepted responsibility and has never explained his actions. Only he knows what really happened.

Here’s a thought - did your painstaking investigation mean go straight to the same old experts…as there were no other real bits of evidence (I don’t know but I would take a good guess at the answer). He never accepted it…maybe cos he didn’t do it? He only knows what happened…but we will allow experts who don’t to talk as if they do…

“I know the jury found it difficult to hear the full and harrowing details of the injuries this little girl suffered and I am grateful to them for their deliberations.

A jury bombarded and emotionally traumatised who wants to see another Thompson and Venables out there? Must have done it - the Police wouldn’t lie and those Doctors all sound really good…

“While this man has today been brought to justice there are no real winners in this case.

The experts did win…but the way things are going…not for much longer…

I would also put money on the fact one of the Docs would have said, ‘I have NEVER seen such injuries in my entire career’….

Also another old fav…such a nice person, but they had a momentary lapse and snapped…

I hope your bloody sure, cos otherwise there is a young man who is behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit.

Well about time too… wonder how many will talk the talk now?

I do hope we can backdate all the claims against them (doubt it of course), but you can live in hope.

Thanks to a MOD contact for pointing out a piece in the Private Eye, page 26 of the most recent addition (Shaken Babies Sin Drome…why didn’t I come up with that? That’s why they are professionals and I am a mere web slinger).

It’s about the efforts of the system to take the law effectively into its own hands, they have identified the efforts of the Northern Ireland Attorney General and the CPS to potentially get up to no good…in some peoples eyes (including Private Eye now).

I wonder when the CPS will take down the Judgement they are not allowed to use (will have a look soon to see if its still on there), hoping that a Juror OR two may read it in future trials and programme them with certain experts are no good perhaps?? Surely not… 

The scales of justice, seem to need some adjustment, as someone seems to keep pulling them down to suit their ‘needs’, and with it they drag down the name of their honest colleagues, the ’system’, the State…

Now if I was a PI I would be questioning those who can do something about it…do you want to carry on with these shady practises or come into the light? Those that have been a tad ‘naughty’ deserve what is coming…don’t let any perceived loyalty get in the way. When the brown stuff hits the fan, it will cover many…

Make sure your on the side of Justice, true pure Justice.

Innocent till proven guilty - not guilty till proven more guilty.

Evidence - not ‘paid’ (and unproven) opinion.

Beyond reasonable doubt (got to be a doubt as its unproven).

Checks on experts (are they experts).

Not much to ask is it…

 Well done Private Eye, keep digging there’s much more dirt, and if you only knew how low certain people in the CPS would go, you’d realise how dirty!

You can’t handle the truth…a famous line, from a certain movie a few years back.

It seems that the Met Police and the National Police Improvement Agency…can’t.

Some would say they are trying to hide the truth in recent Freedom of Information Requests that they say are vexatious…well now I am vexed!

I believe that certain people may well have perverted the course of JUSTICE (say it loud - that may remind them, that JUSTICE means just that…if you are innocent its right you walk, if your guilty you receive a lawful punishment, if you tinker with that process…).

Police Officers are meant to seek the facts - nothing else.

The CPS are meant to prosecute those who are charged (with real evidence - not just buy in your usual suspects to con. a Jury…that is not Public Interest).

The NPIA - Improve…not Obstruct…

I was search trained by the best…I will find the truth, and when I do, I will damn well make sure that the public know your roles and I do hope there will be convictions. You can either get on the side of Justice or you can become part of a cover up.

By the way…you ain’t got enough material to cover this up…its so big…and only getting bigger the longer it goes on.
