Marathon

Sunday, April 17th, 2011

Watching the marathon this morning, took me back to policing the start line (there was always a guy with a gun called in,  then shots fired, but as we tried to speak to witnesses they all ran off so we never got a statement) or more often the finish line (at that end people would complain about being shot at in Greenwich Park or Blackheath).

I remember at court after Keran was wrongly convicted, I said we have a fight on our hands and its not going to be a sprint, but a marathon…our event still it goes on.

And on and on and ….

But we have hit the wall, a couple of times now and hopefully we are about to smash through it (don’t hold your breath though as there are organisations and people who don’t want this can of worms opening up - tough! I am in the mood for fishing).

Talk tonight on the news about breaking up OFSTED…its a big beast, and affected us in a couple of ways, obviously the ‘childminding aspect’ but also they cover education in prison…well didn’t see a lot of that. Big beast Ofsted…lets see what happens…

And they’re OF…F?

Well done to those who competed in the ‘easier’ marathon (ours has been going for years…beat that), dressed in the silly costumes and the Para with the washing machine on his back - hats off to you!

Freedom of Vexatious Info

Wednesday, April 13th, 2011

Still waiting…apparently you can’t ask questions that may help clear up a miscarriage of justice, or help put a potential criminal in prison…as someone hides behind ‘vexatious’.

Have you looked up what vexatious means?

Its nearly laughable…

But its too serious for that.

SBS V SCS

Squiers, Cohen and Schenberg…ladies, hats off to you for standing up against all the underhand tactics.

The Times report names all of you but only one from the other side, replied…but with no names…the light will shine.

The Journalist wrote both the sides have become so acrimonious. Well can’t disagree with that, some have a lot to lose and are not open to other theories and have a lot to lose if a lot of cases are reinvestigated it. I can’t comment fully on all the other cases mentioned in it but same old names always tend to come up and they usually say…I have ‘never seen anything  like it in all my time’ cue huge respect from Jury who think - well he must know what they are talking about!

But I would suggest you look at the Indian temple throwing babies off the roof, the Russian Baby ‘gymnastics’, why isn’t there research done on those cases? Not forgetting of course the biomechs - good enough to protect us in car crashes etc. No body wants to derail the gravy train, and they do earn a bit of cash off this, I got an FOI, although to be fair not as much as I expected. But then I didn’t get the costs from the Civil courts. Also - Why won’t they come out of the shadows??? What have they to hide? As an ex cop its odd, very odd.

Look up Noble Cause.

We all know their are arses out there who hurt children and they deserve all they get, but after being found guilty…beyond reasonable doubt with evidence and with SBS there is doubt as nobody has proven it.

Rest my case.

ITS THAT SIMPLE!

Welcome back MG!

Nice to see we can make something in the UK apart from a theory with no evidence base into ‘fact’…

Lets hope MG goes from strength to strength. Lets hope SBS gets evidence or gets lost in a dead end street somewhere, far far away.
