Who we gonna call - Myth Busters

Wednesday, April 13th, 2011

If there’s something dodgy going on in the courts…who we gonna call…MYTH BUSTERS

If something stinks, who we gonna call…

Yeap drain busters …Oooh come on! What do you expect…but read on because there is a few people full of ‘drain/sewer material’.

They try to keep up this pile of nonsense they call ‘Scientific’,  it’s about as scientific as the world is flat was …its about time someone got to the bottom of it, will the real ‘Ken Clarke’ please stand up, and sort it out. Otherwise if nobody does - British Justice is worth nothing…

You will have to endure some short term pain but the gain is a return to justice and not myths, there is a pool of people leading you out of the Labyrinth, the trouble is the old minotaurs (please note -mainly bull) do not want to come out as people will see how ugly they all are and how they don’t like the light being shone on them. From the shadows they could snipe at anyone who disagreed, what they have been doing to colleagues is childish…boys what if the ladies are right?! For childish also read Perverting the Course of Justice! Oooh AND BY THE WAY Police Officers shouldn’t be doing that either…naughty naughty…remember what you joined for?

Noble Cause Corruption…White Knight Syndrome…whatever you call it…you have done it…and you will have to pay the price. Forget Gaddafi’s going…get on your bikes, get out of Dodge whilst you can. Cos I am shining up the Sheriffs badge…and I am ticked off.

However long it takes…some of you will go to prison for what you did to my wife and kids, our families, our friends and all the others you have screwed over.

The Times today ran a large article on a Mythbuster or two, good to see the media have picked up on this, shine the light on the shady goings on, there’s more rats out there.

Whichever individual in Parliament takes the step there will be pain for the system to take, dodgy people will have to be sorted, but it will all be short term, the longer term is a return to Innocent till Proven Guilty, Real Evidence used, Officers looking for evidence of guilt or innocence, doing complete investigations, a review of the use of experts, Judges stopping trials if there’s no sign of any real evidence, malicious attempts (and downright illegal ones) to discredit dealt with as crimes, reviews of juries - including waking them up if they nod off and training them in areas, who trains them and the Judges of course should only be done by people who have proven what they say and are picked from a pool of people at random, oh and of course the CPS not stitching people up and not stooping to ‘dirty tricks’ (remember the drain busters…what goes around…there is some method in my madness).

So if there’s something stinking who you gonna call?

Will Ken Clarke be the UK’s answer to Canada’s Goodge?

Lets see…

Law & Order

What can I say…it was a Drama (in more ways than one)

They took a while to mention that there are experts who don’t believe, unlike the character playing the pathologist (the only ‘pediatric pathologist in the world - type character). Who turned out that they weren’t an expert - that sounded familiar….oh and the fact they hadn’t quite got all the facts!

Some good observation at the Police making their mind up early on the back of the ‘medical’ evidence. Loved the bit with the crime scene tape over the bedroom door…bit American, although to be fair in reality the Crime Scene people turned up on one occasion after we had moved house! So in TV they can obviously speed things up - Fast Forward….if only.

The wrongly accused squaddie in this drama was stabbed to death as he was about to be released from prison after wrongly being imprisoned, how many innocent people sent to prison have had sleepless nights worrying about that.

Its a shame that the makers hadn’t looked at the new Law Commission report - stating that SBS is based on no research, but they did get the cosy relationship between the CPS, Police and experts about right though.

Funny how it worked out in the end with the ex partner lying and it not being the child carer who was accused…and all down to a previous injury (again not the child carer)…

When you have lived the nightmare, no TV drama can really get to the depth of emotion, but not a bad effort. They missed some opportunities to show how low the CPS stooped of course (they became the heroes in the drama ha…didn’t know there was as much irony) and all the grief in trying to clear your name, that could have taken up another episode alone, how bent the system is, knowing there are huge issues and delaying the inevitable.

But not bad…

Maybe they will do an episode on a public enquiry when the SBS Triad collapses and the Triad of Persecutors is folded…I’ll watch that one…

Shame they call it a Triad as the Triangle is normally such a strong shape…
