Confession - must be true then…or maybe not…

January 3rd, 2012

Just sat watching the terribly sad story of the 1/2 ton woman accused of killing her nephew in the US.

She admitted to it, even though she is so large she can’t move without help…

So confessions rule okay…even when it maybe a tad elementary dear Watson that actually someone else maybe responsible… hmmm

Still hopeful that the world will end for these idiots who don’t investigate properly, ask the simple questions and stop thinking you are Morse, they should perhaps endeavour to find out the truth and not listen to unproven nonsense!

J Glynn QC and Brains

December 14th, 2011

Just listened to Radio 4 on the way home and whose voice came on but dear old Ms Glynn who helped send an innocent woman to prison with one of the most thorough stitch ups of all time one could argue (10 out of 12 jurors prefer it …to truth)…anyway.

There she was talking about brains and a very worrying story how they think they maybe able to tell from Brain scans if your a bad ’un or not!

Well she said can’t be used at the mo as not reliable (not tested etc)…

Hang on a minute…

Since when has SBS been proven….

Hmmmmmm

British Justice …the best money can buy? Or a is it just in a fickle pickle…they hope no one notices how they change between cases…

But who cares?

We haver a land where the bankers get richer the rich get super richer, the public get screwed and taxed and taxed and taxed..to pay for massive over-runs on EVERY project going pretty much and we have a justice system that lets off the rich and well to do and screws the rest of us. Potentially bent coppers don’t get tried as they may not get a fair trial…ever tried it if you killed a child…hows that for emotive and likely to make people want to pay….fair trials…

They haven’t got the brains to realise what a load of bullocks…

British Justice still using Guilty till proved Guiltier

November 8th, 2011

Probably just invented a new word - guiltier…but who cares this Country still allowing unproven theories to be used as ‘evidence’. I think its only fair to play with the language a tad. Lucky I manage to keep it toned down!

Well the 5th of November came and went and Parliament still has no rocket put up their backside to sort out justice, mainly as no one cares, they just go from one crisis to another.

Been very quiet of late few articles of note the Chinese Scientists are looking at Woodpeckers again to see what happens to them and why they don’t all die of Shaken Sparrow disease as they headbutt trees for their food.

In America Grandmother sent to prison was released on appeal of SBS only to now find another court has said she has to go back as the appeal court can’t overrule what a jury came up with.

Which sounds like our position in a way, still not sure if I despise the ’system’ more for supporting this nonsense hypothesis  or the jury for not paying attention enough (some nodded off) or the legal teams of both sides and police for not doing the right thing.

(Of course the system hasn’t got the balls to stand up and say ooops we made a mistake as that means forking out lots of money. Never fear though, you are unlikely to go to Jail, or even lose your job).

But again do any of them care for the harm caused, the pain, and suffering, OF COURSE NOT. But as the clock ticks on one day a Doctor, A Police Officer, A Judge, A Politician may well be accused of something along the same lines and then lets see what happens.

To those who thought we had gone away…sorry to dissapoint you…

:-P

1390

September 3rd, 2011

Evening all,

1390 - A new French Beer, the new forces ID Card form number, a piece of Police Paperwork to apologise for a miscarriage of justice…nope none of those…

Been a while I know, been on hols what can I say, just looking at the ticking clock and its been 1390 days since Keran was wrongfully convicted. Of course that doesn’t count all the hell we went through before the world went mad.

Still haven’t gone away, still doing bits and pieces here and there, too important to stop.

Which reminds me, came through Pompey on the way home and saw whats left of the Royal Navy that’s a bit too important to stop too…but looks like they are doing their best. Also whilst away saw the end of Wootton Bassetts role in reminding all those in power now and previously that they owe the forces a bit more than a back route out of Brize… you buggers! Do you think people will forget?

I showed the kids the Aircraft Carriers as we berthed in Pompey, so they have to see them whilst we still have them (and the poor old T42’s) that won’t even be turned into museums, like the Nimrod MR4’s (people still remember the TSR2). We won’t forget…

Learn the lessons from history…

1390 and all that
